Quality Manager

Pay: $80,000/yr

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Requirements: Candidates should possess a four-year technical degree related to manufacturing or equivalent experience and a minimum of five years of experience in Quality Administration and/or Quality Engineering.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Company's quality system
• Serve as the Management Representative for the Quality System
• Conduct internal audits
• Schedule and lead Management Review meetings
• Control and update all International Organization for Standardization (ISO) documents and forms
• Manage process control for manufacturing operations
• Evaluate incoming broker components and Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)
• Develop and perform vendor and supplier evaluations
• Implement training programs for production personnel and management levels
• Conduct yearly ISO training for all employees
• Ensure that all team members are trained on IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards
