A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Direct accounting close and consolidation process; produce and review consolidation process; execute trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and other reports to ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting results and application of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and (ii) Drive consistency in world-wide accounting policy adoption and processes that leads to highly accurate and timely reporting in compliance with US GAAP; direct the creation and maintenance of processes to ensure compliance with Corporate Accounting policies, including the implementation of new US GAAP pronouncements. Requires 7+ years of Finance or Accounting experience, 2+ Years of Management experience of relevant work experience and a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Direct accounting close and consolidation process; produce and review consolidation process; execute trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and other reports to ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting results and application of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Drive consistency in world-wide accounting policy adoption and processes that leads to highly accurate and timely reporting in compliance with US GAAP; direct the creation and maintenance of processes to ensure compliance with Corporate Accounting policies, including the implementation of new US GAAP pronouncements Proactively undertake improvements to the company's internal controls over financial reporting; ensure an accurate and thorough global account reconciliation process Prepare monthly financial reports as well as special request / Ad-Hoc reports for CPSG leadership for use with internal and external stakeholders Provide support for the creation of the annual budget, including balance and income sheet preparation for branches and departments Ensure payroll processes are well controlled and result in accurate and timely pay cycles in the US; set direction and review performance metrics to ensure accounts payable processes are well controlled and pay supplier partners according to payment terms cost effectively Assist in the preparation and filing of sales and use tax returns; ensure deadlines are met; prepare yearly real estate tax filing for all CPSG locations Provide treasury oversight to all aspects of cash management; partner with Parent Company to execute overall cash management strategy Maintain disciplined processes for all aspects of required government reporting related to Payroll, AP, T&E and Cash/Treasury and Sales and Use Tax transactions Ensure GL Account, Profit Center, Cost Center, Internal Order and other financially relevant P21 data; ensure appropriateness of reports and accuracy of consolidation process by department Review monthly and Annual accounting documentation supporting that annual financial statement audit. Implement process improvements to streamline the financial statement audit process; coordinate directly with the Parent Company Accounting Leadership and internal and financial statement auditors on accounting matters and positions Partner with Parent Company Finance and Accounting representative(s) to provide accurate and relevant financial information as required by Parent Company; respond to questions from the Parent Company related to the reported financial results; ensure that all tax reporting to the Parent Company is accurate and timely Execute all insurance related changes during each insurance year as necessary; partner with Parent Company risk department on all insurance related risks Execute accounting related activities for business combinations and divestitures Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams Protect CPSG's reputation by keeping information confidential Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed

The payrange/rate of pay for this position is $130,600.00-$221,550.00; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
