For a limitedtimeMaineHealth is offering up to$10,000Sign onbonus for all eligible experienced Registered Nurses with 0-1.99years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 2years of experience!

Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full orPart timeRN position. Bonus amount prorated forPart timehires,per diem hires are ineligible.

Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Care TeamMembersare ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Summary:
The Registered Nurse - Home Care role provides patient-family centered quality care through assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of the effects of nursing care. Services may be provided on an outpatient, and/or community basis.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.

2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification require or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Valid Driver's License to operate a motor vehicle, with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy required.

3. Experience: One year of relevant experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have greater than one year of prior RN experience. Medical/Surgical or prior Home Care experience is preferred.
