JOB SUMMARY:

ATM Auditors are responsible for performing physical cash audits on ATM placement sites or ATMs at Cash Depot's customer sites located throughout the U.S.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform physical cash audits on ATMs.
• Perform audits at customer sites.
• Prepare and submit paperwork on a daily basis.
• Identify and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Operate as a team player and help to unify the team.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• High School Degree / GED, Associates Degree preferred.
• Overnight travel of 75% (up to 3 weeks per month) is required.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and good driving history for insurance purposes.
• Ability to use computer and iPad.
• Previous experience with accounting software/systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Operate within the corporate policy guidelines and business practices.
• Results oriented and demonstrated strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with internal and external contacts.
• Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi-tasker, critical thinker, accurate, thorough and a problem-solver.
• Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by Team Members to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear. Required to frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.

The Team Member is occasionally required to lift and/or move 50+ pounds, sit; stoop, bend and kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This job operates in a professional office environment approximately 25% of the time and requires overnight travel to customer sites via air and driving 75% of the time. This role requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, etc.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically 40 hours/week; Monday through Thursday (10-hr days); occasional overtime will be required.
