We're looking for a 1st Shift Production Associate-Welder to join our growing team at our Amesbury, MA facility. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Daily MIG and TIG welding Set up, load and operate equipment Maintain and clean machines before and after shift Ensure raw materials are ready and available Perform preventative maintenance procedures Troubleshoot equipment and make machine adjustments as required to maintain quality standards and process conditions. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain ISO - 9001 Standards Perform all duties in a safe manner; support all safety and environmental rules and environmental initiatives. Participate in Lean initiatives to provide ongoing continuous improvement ideas for products, process, and procedures EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: 2 Years' Experience Operating Industrial Equipment Experience with MIG and TIG Welding Experience operating equipment Experience with operating handheld tools Self-starter, motivated, teamwork spirit, organized, pro-active, confident and persistent in meeting goals. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or Equivalent PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Heavy (Lifting 75 lbs. Frequently & Climbing). Frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, climb, maneuver, stoop, squat, grasp, and reach.
