Toppan Merrill has an exciting opportunity for a Total Rewards Analyst to join our St Paul, MN team. You will analyze and support the organization's compensation and benefits programs through applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. You will work on assignments of moderate complexity and provide support to the Human Resource team in ensuring competitive and compliant compensation and benefits offerings. Job Responsibilities:

We understand that your skills deserve recognition. That's why we offer a competitive pay scale ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per hour/annually, based on experience and expertise.
