Toppan Merrill has an exciting opportunity for a Total Rewards Analyst to join our St Paul, MN team. You will analyze and support the organization's compensation and benefits programs through applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. You will work on assignments of moderate complexity and provide support to the Human Resource team in ensuring competitive and compliant compensation and benefits offerings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Assist in analyzing, designing, updating, and administering compensation programs, including salary structures, pay grades, and incentive plans, and communicating pay structures, grades, and compensation budgets.
  • Administer compensation programs, ensuring they are implemented effectively.
  • Assist in the evaluation and recommendation process of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Assist in the annual compensation cycle, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and incentive plans.
  • Assist in the annual review and renewal of benefits programs, including communication materials and enrollment processes.
  • Serve as a resource for employees and HR Business Partners on benefit-related questions and issues.
  • Research and analyze key perspectives, including employee, external labor market, cost, and workforce requirements.
  • Develop communication strategies to effectively promote total rewards programs and ensure employees understand their value.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation AND benefits analysis
  • Strong Data Analytics experience utilizing HRIS and Excel
  • Global support experience OR Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certified
  • Ability to join in office meetings as needed (2-5 times a month)

We understand that your skills deserve recognition. That's why we offer a competitive pay scale ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per hour/annually, based on experience and expertise. We believe in compensating our dedicated team members fairly for their hard work and commitment. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
