Work Schedule: Flexible work schedule

This is a temp-to-hire with the eligibility of full-time permanent placement.

This position is eligible for Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST) under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act. All employees may also make pre-tax or post-tax (Roth) contributions to our retirement plan - must be 18 years of age to participate.

JOB SUMMARY:

Goodwill Staffing is seeking qualified driver and detailer applicants for our rental car client in Colorado Springs. The driver detailer would pickup and deliver rental vehicles to customers, as well as make sure vehicles are cleaned and fueled.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  • Pick up and deliver rental vehicles to customers on time, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Conduct pre-delivery vehicle inspections for cleanliness, fuel level, and proper functionality.
  • Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles before and after customer use, ensuring they meet company cleanliness standards.
  • Return vehicles to designated locations after rental completion and report any damages, issues, or missing items to the Operations Coordinator.
  • Use company-provided cleaning supplies and maintain an inventory of materials.
  • Communicate with the Operations Coordinator regarding scheduled deliveries, pick-ups, and cleaning assignments.
  • Maintain a log of completed deliveries and cleaned vehicles.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times.



QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:



  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.


Experience:



  • Experience in vehicle transportation, detailing, or ride-sharing is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet cleanliness standards.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to follow scheduled routes.
  • Strong time management skills and punctuality.
  • Physical ability to lift cleaning equipment and work on multiple vehicles per shift.
  • Knowledge of GPS and city routes.

  • Maintain a valid driver's license at all times*.
  • Maintain valid auto insurance as required by law*.
  • Comply with all state and federal traffic laws and regulations*.
  • Operate company or personal vehicles in a safe and responsible manner*.
  • A valid Colorado driver's license without a history of violations is required*.
