Job Description

PCI is seeking an experienced Sales Representative for its PCI Portland 553 operations based in Portland, OR. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:



  • Implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with operational leadership to develop strategies for selling all aspects, product lines, and capabilities of the company in the Commercial Architectural Subcontractor business sector.
  • Understanding and conveying the value propositions and differentiators of the Company to the clients.
  • Research and report innovations, products, and processes in preparation for client presentations.
  • Attend industry-specific Conferences, Expos, Workshops, and Outreach events as appropriate.
  • Work with the Corporate Marketing Department to develop marketing materials / social media.
  • Support connectivity of all clients and agents with the appropriate company teams and operations.
  • Partner with pre-construction team to develop RFP's, quotes, and proposals for clients and assist in project contract negotiations.
  • Regularly connect with prospective clients to provide information on PCI scopes of work.
  • Make appointments with strategic accounts including lunches, events, etc.
  • Develop and deliver presentations for and with perspective clients.
  • Receive and deliver feedback to team members on current customer satisfaction.
  • Document project photos for future marketing use.
  • Develop relationships with vendors and keep up to date on current market trends.
  • Manage client events calendar.


Basic Requirements:



  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in operational, commercial, and business development in architectural, cleanroom services, or related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Construction Science, Business/Marketing or related field, or comparable work experience.
  • Ability to build customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites, regional offices, and onsite projects as required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in team environment.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to create instant credibility, generate interest, and articulate PCI's value proposition.
  • Meticulous work style with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and articulating complex strategies and plans to both executive management and peers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to build industry network and regular participation/leadership in industry-recognized organizations.
  • Ability to use multiple lead generation tools such as LinkedIn and other online tools.

Salary: $69,900-$93,156
