As the Senior Manager of HR Technology (SAP SuccessFactors) within the Human Resources team, you will play a key role in configuring, implementing, and maintaining the SuccessFactors system to meet our organization's evolving needs. Reporting to the Director of Global Total Rewards, you will lead a team of HRIS analysts and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, design effective solutions, and provide technical guidance for successful platform implementation and ongoing maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of HRIS analysts responsible for managing SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Performance, Compensation, and Learning modules.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Payroll, and other key stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend technological solutions to streamline and automate processes.
- System Management: Oversee the implementation of system upgrades, fixes, and enhancements, ensuring adherence to best practices in change management.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice on SuccessFactors best practices, including system configurations, roles and permissions, security, business process workflows, custom reports, dashboards, and integration files.
- Integration Support: Work with integration Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other HR, Payroll, and IT systems.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation, including design specifications, system configurations, and testing plans for all projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest system functionalities, releases, and patches, guiding the team in leveraging these to enhance system performance and capabilities.
- Data Management: Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the HRIS. Monitor data quality and troubleshoot any issues as needed.
- Reporting and Analytics: Design and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics using SAP SuccessFactors Story Reports to provide actionable insights into HR metrics and trends. Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
- Business Analysis and Design: Conduct in-depth business analysis, application testing, and design reviews to align system capabilities with business requirements.
- Work with HR leadership and business leadership to identify and define areas of focus, data needs, metrics, reports and dashboards through; Using the proper visualizations tools to translate raw data and create data visualization to drive business decisions, Providing insights about the results and trends presented by the data for HR and business leaders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 6+ years of technical experience in implementing and optimizing SuccessFactors modules.
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, including Core HRIS, Learning, Performance, Talent & Succession, and Compensation modules.
- Deep understanding of system configurations, workflows, and business rules within SuccessFactors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product features and technical specifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
- Experience in managing large data sets through statistical software or other methods. Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus but not required.
