Accounts Receivable Coordinator - Cash Applications

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator - Cash Applications is responsible for performing the functions of accounts receivable in the cash application department.

Your role on the team:

• Enters deposit information into the accounting system
• Retrieves and organizes daily deposits from various banks and banking institutions
• Downloads and transfers AR files and completes intra-company write-offs and forwards information to the appropriate parties
• Handles discrepancies and issues with daily deposits
• Runs AR reports along with duties and functions related to cash application
• Other duties as required and assigned

What you need: (requirements)

Experience

• High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of related experience and/or training
• PC proficiency with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
