PROJECT COST COORDINATOR

This position requires coding and processing invoices, expense reports, vouchers, and check requests using Infor Software, as well as managing vendor correspondence and reconciling vendor accounts.

You will coordinate with project managers, maintain vendor records, ensure compliance with company policies, and support project invoicing and payment processes. The ideal candidate should be independent, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements:



  • Construction Accounting experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong, concise written and oral communication skills necessary; strong analytical skills; must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, multi-task and work independently.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and third parties.
  • Ability to work to begin with, moving towards a remote or hybrid platform.
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable education
