We use data and storytelling to communicate with clear, distinct, and actionable language. We act as conduit between Cisco's corporate strategy and Security focus areas. Your Impact: We are a small and mighty team focused on driving Security Seller Success through Sales Enablement and Communications. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to lead our business intelligence strategy and execution. You will be responsible for extracting actionable insights from all the data available so our team can make data-driven decisions to deliver even more business success. You will collaborate with our leadership team to comprehend our communications and enablement initiatives; ensuring we are measuring both the use as well as impact. You will also be responsible for helping our Sellers understand quarterly expectations and drive their use of Sales Enablement offerings. You'll build and manage quarterly dashboards to support our strategy as well as provide quarterly metrics overview to ensure our efforts our focused on the areas that drive business value. As a Business Intelligence Manager, your role is to partner with our leaders as well as the larger Strategy & Planning team for all of sales. You'll help connect the dots across larger initiatives and our Security work. You'll understand our team strategy, Security Sales strategy and broader Cisco Sales strategy to help extract the right information from the data and make recommendations.
