Job Summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist - Senior in the Reston, VA or Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling area to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) for the client's CI/HUMINT efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

• Demonstrated experience in hands-on development in building Business Visualization output, such as dashboards and data object modeling using various analytic tools.
• Expertise in finding trends, errors, and reviewing data with report writing skills.
• Must be able to provide support services that include assisting with governance functions, planning, application reviews, documentation, prep and maintenance of IT related correspondence, surveys, information updates, policy/directive reviews, and release management support using task level directed tools, processes, documentation (i.e. Risk Management Framework (RMF), Process and Lifecycle Utility Service (PLUS), KACT, and Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM), etc.).
• Work with customer led team to gather requirements from customers, create associated documentation, work with developers to estimate and build solutions, and facilitate projects utilizing agile development methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience and a MA/MS degree; Management Information Systems is preferred.
• Hands on and technical savvy, build and handle dashboards and data models experience.
• Database tableau, TabPy, kibana, dash, Plotly, and ARIC-GIS experience.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Normal office environment.

Travel

• CONUS and OCONUS travels may be required as mission dictates.
