The Senior Manager, Nephrology Care Alliance, will be part of the Nephronauts lane on Clinical Transformation within DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (IKC). The Clinical Transformation team leads DaVita in the transformation of kidney care by enabling care teams to engage patients in reaching their health goals and reducing overall cost to the healthcare system.

Being the Partner of Choice to nephrology practices allows our care teams to improve the clinical outcomes for our patients. We engage providers through the Nephrology Care Alliance, a high performing network of over 2,100 nephrologists who work with IKC to drive innovation and deeper collaboration in value-based care delivery.

The Senior Manager position will be responsible for delivering on these primary responsibilities:

  • Lead Value Based Care projects of various sizes and complexity, including project plan development and execution.
  • Develop strategic solutions to IKC business goals, including new product innovation concepts and strategies to support network growth objectives. Facilitate efficient cross-functional collaboration to implement these solutions across clinical and field operations, business development, IT, finance, compliance and other teams.
  • Deliver complex analytics strategy, including statistical analysis of product performance, synthesis of various data sources, and provide consistent quality assurance for data integrity.
  • Lead project management to ensure effective and timely delivery of commitments in product innovation and strategy.
  • Develop, coordinate and implement business and clinical initiatives as well as establish a culture of operational service excellence. Grow relationships with team members across IKC and DaVita and provide thought leadership.
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing to various audiences, including leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in an analytical problem-solving role in consulting, finance, business management, quantitative analysis or economics
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PPT, Word)
  • Prior experience in healthcare services and/or working with payers, value-based care models, and/or integrated healthcare models preferred

This individualwill work with a team of highly motivated individuals and is expected to effectively manage individual work streams and engage with senior executives. The successful candidate will possess the following: analytical horsepower, clear and efficient communication, strong business acumen, the ability to work with a cross-functional team, and solid organization and project management.

Salary/ Wage Range

$91,000.00-$133,700.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
