Pay: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr 1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday - Friday Requirements: A High School Diploma or General Educational Development certification is required to excel in this position, with a Bachelor's or Associate's degree considered a plus. Ideally, you should have at least two years of purchasing experience, be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess knowledge of intermediate arithmetic, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Job Duties: As a Purchasing Clerk, your role will encompass a variety of vital tasks, including managing all purchase orders outside of packaging supplies for all U.S. facilities and assisting in the tracking of operations, quality control, maintenance, and IT purchase orders. Upon arrival, you will ensure that all documentation is provided to finance and follow up with vendors on order statuses. Additionally, submitting all paperwork to finance for payment and completing expense reports for the Purchasing Department will be part of your daily responsibilities. Acting as a backup to the Purchasing Coordinator, you'll also plan meetings and take detailed notes to facilitate effective communication within the team.
