ATS is actively hiring a Director of Strategy and Special Projects with at least a current Secret security clearance (TS/SCI w/ Polygraph strongly preferred!) working in Reston, VA. As a key member of ATS's Business Development Team, reporting to the SVP of Business Development, you will play an integral role in driving the success of strategic capture activities across the business development lifecycle. Your contributions will include developing key teaming strategies, contributing to price-to-win initiatives, crafting staffing plans, and more. You will actively support proposal operations, with responsibilities spanning prime proposal pricing, basis-of-estimates, compliance checks, color reviews, and final proposal production. In collaboration with Capture Managers, Division Managers, Business Unit General Managers, VP of Contracts, and CFO, you will contribute to shaping winning strategies and ensuring the alignment of business goals. Additionally, you will engage in partner meetings, assist in the negotiation of Teaming Agreements (TAs), and help strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Your expertise and proactive involvement will be crucial in securing new business opportunities and achieving strategic growth objectives. Responsibilities:
