ATS is actively hiring a Proposal Development & Communications Specialist with at least a current Secret security clearance (TS/SCI w/ Polygraph strongly preferred!) working in Reston, VA. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Proposal Development and Communications Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with the Proposal Development & Communications Manager to craft high-quality, compliant, and compelling responses to U.S. Government RFPs. Your responsibilities will include leading and contributing to various proposal volumes-such as Past Performance, Management, and Technical sections-while ensuring alignment with strict compliance standards. You will play a key role in developing compliance matrices, Basis of Estimate (BOE) responses, and other critical documentation. In addition, you'll support editing tasks for grammatical accuracy, and assist with Security, Contracts, and Pricing volumes. Outside of proposals, you will manage company social media profiles, particularly LinkedIn, and assist with corporate and marketing communications. This position offers flexibility with potential remote work, though some travel will be required. Responsibilities:
