Payrate : $ 22.00 per hour

Pay Frequency : Weekly

Days : Saturday - Wednesday

Shift : Swing ( 2:00PM - 10:00PM )

As a Retail Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Driving Position: Must possess a valid DRIVER'S LICENSE with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
• Must possess a valid CA Guard Card.
• Must possess, or be able to obtain prior to assignment, Level 1 Guard Card Training Certificates ("Powers to Arrest" and "Appropriate Use of Force")
• Must be free of VISIBLE TATTOOS on areas of the body that are not covered by standard work attire; tattoos on the face, neck, hands, or any visible body part must be absent or easily concealable.
  
• Must be able to be fully CLEAN SHAVEN (if applicable)
  
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
