- Provides leadership demonstrating the ability to influence, motivate, manage, train, counsel and develop staff to work toward their highest level of function, in accordance with job descriptions and competencies. Delegates staff effectively; demonstrating the ability to plan, organize, direct, control, monitor and evaluate services, while using the available resources appropriately
- Provide strategic leadership and develop innovative programs that improve quality HEDIS/Risk adjustment performance in the market
- Manage multiple different services lines to include, Community Center, Mobile Clinic, Rural home visit program, Embedded practitioner program
- Manage Outreach team to ensure we are meeting market goals and scheduling risk members for their Annual Wellness Visits
- Working closely with contracted clinics to develop cohesive partnerships
- Participate and present in overall performance of service lines and outreach call outcomes
- Partner with home visit vendors (HouseCalls and Care Connectors)
- Maintain and process invoices for multiple services
- Works closely with Director to ensure sound fiscal and business performance within clinic/site, and implements any necessary changes/modifications as directed by Director
- Managing staff schedules, including physician, daily to ensure optimum scheduling and coverage of Clinic services. This includes monitoring staff and physician requests for time off to always ensure proper coverage
- Ensures staff and leadership training and development programs are implemented, monitored and enforced in compliance with organizational initiatives and regulatory requirements. Develops opportunities for personal and professional goal achievement for self and assigned staff
- Works closely as part of clinic/site Management Team to align processes and clinic outcomes with The Group strategic plan
- Performs other duties as assigned

- 2+ years of related experience, 1+ years of which being in a supervisory capacity
- Knowledge of professional billing and various healthcare requirements including, but not limited to, access, coding, billing, collections, practice management systems, payer relations, appeals, and authorization process
Preferred Qualifications:
- Managed Care experience
- Related experience in technical or specialty areas
- Proven ability to communicate effectively; ability to analyze and interpret data; ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects
The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
