Position Overview We are looking for a highly technical and strategic Vice President, Product and Customer Solutions for our Loss Control 360 organization. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise-grade software development, cloud architectures, and insurance industry workflows. The VP will lead cross-functional engineering, services and support teams, playing a critical role in shaping our technology strategy, delivering customer-centric solutions, and ensuring operational excellence across all stages of the customer journey. Key Responsibilities Product Engineering & Technology Leadership
- Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from technical design and architecture to delivery and maintenance.
- Managing the P&L for the product line.
- Lead engineering teams in building scalable, secure, and performant SaaS products tailored to the insurance industry.
- Drive technical innovation by incorporating modern technologies (e.g., cloud-native, APIs, microservices) to continuously enhance our platform.
- Establish technical best practices, development standards, and QA methodologies across teams.
- Define and deliver technical collateral and demos for Sales and Customer Success teams to accelerate the sales cycle.
- Act as a technical evangelist and solution expert in customer and partner engagements.
Services Implementation & Delivery
- Oversee technical services and implementation teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and integration of our software into client environments.
- Define scalable delivery models, technical onboarding processes, and implementation toolkits to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical implementation challenges and client issues.
Customer Support & Technical Operations
- Lead support teams to provide top-tier technical assistance, issue resolution, and ongoing operational support to customers.
- Implement automation and monitoring tools to proactively manage system performance and customer environments.
- Analyze support metrics and client feedback to continuously improve technical support services and product quality.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in engineering, product development, or technical services, ideally within SaaS or insurance technology.
- Strong technical background in enterprise software development, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), API integration, and security/compliance frameworks.
- Deep understanding of insurance processes, systems, and regulatory environments (P&C, Life, Health, or Specialty lines preferred).
- Proven ability to manage and scale distributed technical teams across engineering, services, and support functions.
- Experience with Agile/DevOps practices and delivering mission-critical systems to large enterprise clients.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of underwriting or loss control in P&C insurance, specifically around property.
- Experience with modern insurance core systems (policy admin, claims, underwriting) or related ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks such as Java/.NET, RESTful APIs, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, or data analytics tools.
- Strong customer orientation with a passion for solving complex technical challenges for clients.
What Majesco Offers: Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $250,000.
