Work type: On Campus Location: Normal, Illinois Title: HR Learning & Development Intern Job Summary The learning and development intern will serve the campus through assisting in multiple facets with campus training and learning initiatives, including the collection and cataloging of training materials, assistance on-site with training presentations, and meetings and dialogues to develop new offerings. This position will also support our Time Reporting and Approval initiatives on a twice-monthly basis. Additional Information Student employees are eligible to participate in the University's 403(b) Plan. More information can be found here. Pay Rate $15/hour Required Qualifications - Active student at ISU in Business, Communication, or related discipline. Preferred Qualifications - Prior training experience or experience with presentations. Work Hours Uniquely aligned with payroll cycles at Illinois State University and around the New Employee Onboarding/Orientation program. Mornings are preferred, and we will work with student class schedules as much as possible.
