TechZone is a department of Illinois State University specializing in computer sales and service for ISU affiliates. This position is responsible for computer repairs. Duties include computer/device troubleshooting, diagnostics, and part replacements (such as motherboards, screens, etc.) on a variety of brands.

-Experience troubleshooting and repairing technology devices such as Windows computers, Mac computers, and iPhones.
-Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal.
-Ability to organize and prioritize tasks when given deadlines.
-Enthusiasm for technology and eagerness to learn about the latest trends.

This position requires on-campus availability from May 12 through August 16. TechZone open hours for the summer are generally 9am-4pm Monday-Friday. Approximately 20-25 hours per week will be scheduled during those times, depending on availability.
