University Advancement's Office of Engagement at the University of Virginia is currently seeking an energetic, creative, and organized Project Associate for its Lifetime Learning Program. The successful candidate will assist with stewardship, documentation, and coordinating faculty participating in the Office of Engagement programs. Reporting to the Senior Director, Lifetime Learning, this individual will oversee project deadlines and assist with coordinating and executing programs for alumni, friends, and families. This position is responsible for managing reports and budgets for all Lifetime Learning programs/projects, making necessary purchases and payments for services and goods, managing contract processes, and tracking Lifetime Learning expenses. The ideal candidate will work effortlessly within a project management software, and establish tracking methods to keep programs on time and within budget. The Project Associate for Lifetime Learning holds a key role in the organization as writer and editor of letters, marketing and promotional campaigns, and documents. Responsibilities:

This position is hybrid and the incumbent must live within a reasonable driving distance of Charlottesville.
