Executive Assistant

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to two Senior Vice Presidents and their direct reports for the Fireplace and Fireside Hearth & Home business units.

• Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to the leaders.
• Advanced document production; data gathering, layout and presentation.
• Coordinate, manage and arrange travel and travel-related activities including hotel booking and transportation using the company travel interface.
• Accompany leaders to meetings and record any notes and action items.
• Process expense reports on behalf of leaders using company interface.
• Apply strong MS Office skills, especially Outlook, PPT, Word and Excel, along with advanced use of HHT systems that support the departments and decision making.
• Have foresight of approaching deadlines and deliverables for the leaders and problem solve to address conflicts.
• Handle sensitive and proprietary information in a confidential manner.
• Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite.

• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• 5 or more years of administrative experience supporting senior management level
• Advanced computer skills, including familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, MS Teams, Salesforce, and accurate typing and data entry skills
• Advanced Outlook calendar and email management skills
• Strong negotiation, conflict management, and decision-making skills
