Overview

This position is part of a team that supports the USINDOPACOM Alpha contract. The Analyst will provide comprehensive support and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of program activities by effectively managing tasks, schedules and administrative needs.



Responsibilities

    Manage and maintain complex schedules for key program leaders, ensuring accuracy, alignment and adherence to critical deadlines.
  • Track deadlines, action items and follow-up tasks for various meetings and initiatives.
  • Provide clear and concise daily and weekly updates on the program's schedule.
  • Manage and facilitate comprehensive agendas for meetings.
  • Take detailed and accurate minutes, capturing key decisions, action items and next steps.
  • Review, edit and update operational instructions, tasks, records, correspondence and presentations.
  • Maintain clear, professional and courteous communication with supervisors, colleagues, and external contacts.
  • Effectively manage communication flow within the program, ensuring timely information exchange and seamless collaboration.


Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications: The Analyst role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of program activities. Ideal candidates will have familiarity with the DoD and federal programs, strong analytical abilities, strong communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills.

Education and Experience: This position requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

The following are desirable levels of experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a DoD administrative office environment

Work Location: Work is performed in Honolulu, HI.

Clearance: Active TS/SCI security clearance required. Must be a U.S. citizen.

Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must at a minimum, be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation:

  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
  • Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergencies.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $115,000.00 to $195,000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
