A Mobile Business Analyst to support our Digital Banking team and mobile banking product, iBanking. The analyst is the liaison between our developers and clients, working on mobile banking updates, upgrades and testing for our financial institutions. This client-facing role utilizes iOS and Android devices to administer and modify application configurations, coordinate app updates for clients, troubleshooting to solve issues, and working with clients on their app store developer accounts. What you'll do...
- Plan the application release schedule and communicate with clients to share app release timelines
- Lead regression testing of new mobile applications on both iOs and Android devices
- Maintain and monitor ticketing system to ensure application requests and issues are effectively completed and resolved in a timely manner within the said SLAs
- Perform acceptance and "proof of concept" testing for assigned applications and create, modify and update related test scripts as needed
- Communicate with application vendors for support requests; serve as liaison between the business unit, technical team(s) and vendor
- Research and troubleshoot customer or business unit issues
What you'll bring...
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT or related field is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
- Ability to investigate and analyze technical information, and to draw and validate conclusions required
- Experience with regression testing, iOs and Android mobile applications
- Customer service experience with strong attention to detail and outstanding oral/written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel
- Available for on-call after hours support and maintenance events as needed
Salary Range for this role is $60,000-$80,000K per year COCC is committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
