Job Description The Logistics Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting Lindt & Sprungli (North America) Inc. (LSNA) Supply Chain focusing on driving value through analytics. This position will include report creation, analysis, and project management in support of the department objectives. In addition, the role will provide key performance metrics and analysis to optimize efficiency, fixed and variable costs, and non-compliance charges. Essential Functions
- Act as a strategic partner, working with LSNA Warehousing to provide in-depth analysis and present on key performance metrics and cost drivers to management
- Maintain and create reporting as needed on the Business Intelligence platform (SAP SAC)
- Act as liaison between company and consultants for analytics, including break/fix, user access, and enhancement requests
- Lead the monthly forecast review meetings and collaborate with the Planning department as well as the brands to drive operational forecast through standardizing processes and adopting best practice methodology
- Present to stakeholders at various levels in the company to explain the data and logic behind the business intelligence metrics
- Partner with Finance, 3PLs, and Warehousing to coordinate the budgeting process and provide monthly distribution results as well as communicate issues to management
- Develop and maintain forecast models for warehouse daily capacity ensuring peak season operational success
- Manage and develop strategic relationships with internal and external business partners
- Work to enhance and streamline data flows, consolidate system information, and automate processes
- Provide training to new business intelligence solution users, users new to their role, and external BI users
- Analyze data flows to determine developing impacts, concerns, and exceptions, escalating to upper management as needed
- Support peers with technical and industry knowledge where applicable
- Complete special projects and duties as assigned by management
Basic Qualifications
- 1-3 years of supply chain background
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
- Proficient in BI reporting platform skills with the ability to develop advanced creation and maintenance skills in relevant platforms, including dashboarding and data manipulation tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and internal/external client service orientation
- Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- CPG experience
- Experience with 3PL providers
- Prior experience in intermediate to advanced use of the following BI reporting platforms, including, but not limited to, SQL, SAP BI, Alteryx, Python, and Tableau
- APICS certification
- 1-3 years' experience with AI (NLP, ML, LLM...)
- Experience in both an office and warehouse environment
- Experience with lean activities
