Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Process Analyst (Contractor) to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. This role is instrumental in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes, with a strong focus on finance, royalty management, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will help bridge the gap between business operations and technology, ensuring streamlined processes, enhanced accountability, and improved program execution. This position requires expertise in business process modeling, finance-related workflows, and change management, particularly within complex program environments. Experience with Bibliosuite-a leading publishing workflow and metadata management platform-is a huge plus. This role is available remotely. Key Responsibilities:

This role will have an hourly rate of $55-$64/hour. The successful candidate will be employed through Headway Workforce Solutions.
