About the role:

We're seeking a Sales Director to lead our Southeast team and accelerate the regions's growth. Your role will be pivotal in winning new business and increasing productivity through team leadership, skill development, process enhancement and sales strategy. This position offers the opportunity to make major impact in a fast-growing ICS/OT cyber market. You will report directly to our VP of Sales for North America.


Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute sales strategies that drive monthly, quarterly, and annual growth against company targets in the designated region.
  • Spearhead strategic and tactical opportunities.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team that exceeds goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and other department leaders on territory and account planning.
  • Engage in team building and company-growth activities, including strategy setting, sales training, marketing initiatives and customer care.
  • Understand and manage all phases of the sales cycle.

Qualifications

  • Proven success as a hands-on leader in enterprise cybersecurity sales.
  • Extensive experience selling through channel partners.
  • Consistent track record of successful sales pipeline management and results.
  • High energy, a motivation to succeed and the ability to inspire and lead by example.
  • Advanced strategic sales planning, writing and executive presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and social skills with a strong ability to collaborate across the organization.
  • Experience in developing and implementing joint go-to-market plans.
  • Strong business acumen and technical knowledge to effectively align customer/partner needs with the Dragos value proposition.

Compensation

  • OTE: $400,000
