The Customer Communications Specialist, under moderate supervision, works collaboratively with business partners across all levels of the organization to execute and manage customer communications regarding transaction, operational and other relevant information, to ensure consistency and clarity in our customer communications (primarily emails and letters), user interfaces, and more. Through a consistent voice and effective communications, the incumbent will support the company in managing a positive customer experience in line with the company's brand and customer promise that meets legal and compliance requirements. Work as part of the Marketing team (in close partnership with the Customer Experience team among others) to write and edit messaging in our brand voice across customer touchpoints.In this role you will:
