Job Summary

The Developer is responsible for developing and creating materials for use in training.

This professional must ensure that all materials developed comply with company standards and accessibility guidelines, collaborating with instructional design and educational content teams to create visual materials that support learning and information retention.

Main activities:



  • Develop online and multimedia materials for corporate training.
  • Collaborate with graphic design, instructional design and educational content teams to create materials that support learning and information retention.
  • Ensure that all materials developed comply with visual identity, internal standards and accessibility guidelines, making content accessible to all audiences.
  • Developing layouts and graphics for web-based objects such as onepages and games.
  • Creating and developing online training materials, including gamification, simulators, e-learning, quizzes and other interactive resources.
  • Contribute to technological innovation initiatives, collaborating with the team to implement new tools and techniques in the development of training materials.
  • Participate in research and testing with artificial intelligence to improve the effectiveness and personalization of training content.
  • Explore and apply the latest trends and best practices in educational technology.
  • Carry out usability and functionality tests on the training materials developed, ensuring an effective and seamless learning experience.
  • Work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure that training materials meet users' needs and expectations.
  • Uploading files to the internal system.



Qualifications



  • Degree in Information Technology or Systems Analysis, with a focus on front-end.
  • Previous experience, preferably in dynamic, fast-paced environments - please provide portfolio if available. [
  • Previous experience in developing online training and e-learning materials.
  • Knowledge of instructional design techniques and interactive content development desirable.
  • Proficiency in authoring tools and e-learning development platforms.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in education, such as artificial intelligence and adaptive learning.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with planning and organization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards would be a plus.
