Senior Communications Manager This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office. Why this job's a big deal: We are looking for a best-in-class, strategic communicator to support our Head of Communications in expanding our communications strategy, earned media and industry presence to support Priceline's corporate priorities in 2025 and beyond. In this critical role, you will partner with the Priceline Brand team and internal business teams to build, implement, and execute internal and external communications that increase and elevate Priceline's presence, profile and positioning across the B2C and B2B landscape. In this role you will get to: Communications Strategy & PR
Support development and implementation of strategic B2B and B2C Comms plans to meet Priceline's key business goals.
Create impactful press materials (releases, pitches, presentations, etc) aligned with the brand's overarching tech and consumer narratives; ensure consistent messaging is implemented across all verticals.
Analyze data trends, identifying newsworthy insights and proactively developing data-driven pitch opportunities.
Co-manage PR agency, ensuring prioritization and strong execution aligned with master comms strategy.
Develop strong cross-functional and IAT relationships, supporting creation and implementation of communications aspects of all integrated programming.
Maintain strong media relationships, manage select media relations.
Establish KPIs and report on results/impact of communications efforts, ensuring ongoing optimizations and learnings are applied; provide actionable insights to stakeholders; oversee creation of monthly reports and initiative recaps.
Industry Relations
Aligned with the overarching Priceline communications strategy, build B2B PR strategy, outlining an impactful pipeline of internal and partner-driven moments to showcase announcements, new partnerships, case studies, etc., inclusive of below activity set:
Create positioning and activities in support of elevating Priceline's tech superiority and B2B (Priceline Partner Solutions) visibility in the marketplace.
Build thought leadership strategies and corresponding materials for key executives.
Recommend and manage execution of approach for broader industry relations, specifically: conference/event engagement and participation, executive visibility + speaking opportunities, and associated materials, messaging and talking points.
Product Communications
Create launch communications plans for new product launches in support of B2B and consumer / tech advancements across channels, including: PR strategy, partner emails, sales decks + collateral, announcement videos, talking points, blog posts / articles, etc.
Inform and collaborate with Sales leadership on creation of other associated content in support of key products.
Who you are:
7-10+ years of related experience in marketing communications or industry relations. Experience in travel / tech preferred. Agency experience welcome.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
A confident self-starter able to influence, prioritize, move projects forward and collaborate cross-functionally, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with experience developing and executing 360 go-to-market strategies and press materials for new products, technologies and partnerships.
Ability to synthesize complex technology and strategy into digestible and compelling narratives and materials.
A passionate communicator with a pulse on the latest industry news, trends and events.
Outstanding communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation.
A reliable contributor with equal enthusiasm for high-level strategic development and tactical daily execution.
You sweat the details and have excellent organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $130,000-$160,000.
