An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Marketing Coordinator reporting to Aires Pittsburgh, PA office.

This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to support the marketing team in execution of marketing projects, event planning, and communication.

Position Responsibilities:



  • Coordinates and implements marketing communications projects.
  • Creates consistent themes, messaging, and branding in all communication touch points, including advertising and social media.
  • Designs and updates sales and marketing collateral and presentations.
  • Creates, organizes, and couriers client, shipper, transferee and employee resources.
  • Collaborates with the internal teams to compile and distribute marketing materials that strengthen client relationships and build brand loyalty.
  • Supports the maintenance of internal and external digital platforms.
  • Supports the planning and execution of trade shows, special events, and conferences to showcase the brand. Attends events as needed.



Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred
  • 1-2 years of marketing related experience
  • 1-2 years of experience with Canva preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience with social media and email marketing preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience with Hubspot/CRM preferred

  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills
  • Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures
