The Opportunity: The Core Lab Marketing team seeks a visionary systems thinker to lead an impactful, enterprise-wide customer experience initiative. As the Sr. Marketing Manager for Accelerate PiPo, you'll drive the Phase In Phase and Phase Out (PiPo) strategy for North America (NAM), crucial for Roche's growth and innovation over the next decade. This role is a product lifecycle management role that helps enable customers upgrades from legacy to next-generation solutions, while creating manufacturing capacity for future innovations. You'll align stakeholders, streamline processes, and deliver impact on our business and customers. Your leadership will ensure a results-driven program plan that meets time, cost, and quality goals, with customer experience at the core. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $124,500 - $231,300. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
