Description

The Administrative Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Management, Operations Management, and Service Management teams. This position is designed to provide valuable administrative assistance, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency across these key departments.

$17 - $20 / hour

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management Support:



  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with team
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and correspondence.


Operations Management Support:



  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of operational reports and performance metrics.
  • Support the operations team with administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and documentation.


Service Management Support:



  • Assist in managing service requests and customer inquiries.
  • Help in scheduling and coordinating service appointments and follow-ups.
  • Support the service team with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and communication.
