Position Title: Junior HR Specialist Department Name: HR Department Position Reports To: Sr. HR Specialist FLSA STATUS: Exempt Salary Range: $68, 640 - $70,000 Benefits: The University's comprehensive benefits program Days & Hours: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Standard work schedule is 9:00 am to 5:30 PM, may be adjusted. Flexible schedule may require evening and weekend hours during peak periods. This is a hybrid position, combining remote work flexibility with on-site collaboration to support both strategic initiatives and employee engagement efforts BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE OF JOB: The Junior HR Specialist will support the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The Junior HR Specialist will also provide support in employee relations and contribute to a positive work environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
