Aloha! A local company is looking for a Call Center Analyst to join their team. 2+ years of Customer Service experience is needed and ideally any outbound/inbound call experience is a huge plus.

Problem solving/troubleshooting experience *Job Description:* - Receiving in bound calls from constituents about Medicaid benefits process, entering information in to the system for new applicants and update contact information for existing applications. - Outbound calls to verify and clarify information on enrollment forms, as well as to reach individuals whose eligibility is in question *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
