First call 1:14 with post-call day off. Care Team Model with own cases - 70% of time. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Compensation Package. Quality Performance Incentives Sign-on/Commencement Bonuses - $75,000. Annual CME allowance - $7,500. 10-weeks Paid Time Off/year to rest and recharge.
