Summary of Position

Kinsley is seeking an experienced and driven Bridge Foreman to oversee projects in Schuylkill, Luzerne, Columbia, and Northumberland counties. This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers to ensure efficient job site operations. A successful candidate should have at least five years of field leadership experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and the ability to manage projects effectively.

Typical Responsibilities / Essential Functions

  • Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to assign tasks to crew members.
  • Analyze and resolve work-related issues or assist workers in problem-solving as needed.
  • Train new employees and enhance the efficiency and skill level of the crew.
  • Complete required documentation, including time and production records, daily logs, and look-ahead schedules.
  • Estimate, order, schedule deliveries, and inspect materials to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with inspectors and owner representatives to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Schedule and oversee subcontractor work to maintain project timelines.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of field leadership experience in heavy highway and bridge construction.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings as needed.
