Overview This position is hybrid with in-office days in our corporate headquarters located in downtown Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Hours are 8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday This role is responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR services and solutions functions with a heightened level of expertise. This role takes on all tasks assigned to other Administrator roles within the function and elevates them with advanced responsibilities including process improvement and cross-departmental and enterprise collaboration. Incumbents will ensure efficient and compliant execution of onboarding, assigned benefits administration, offboarding, and HR inquiries across the organization. Responsibilities
Full ownership of research, triage, and resolution of HR inquiries (Tier 2 & 3) that are presented through various communication channels. Includes but is not limited to the HR call center, HR ticketing, HR email, etc. Escalate complex inquiries to appropriate HR Specialist, while providing guidance and oversight to junior team members and Tier 1 inquiries. Oversee new employee orientation program, program changes, logistical support, and facilitation.
Qualifications Education
High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required) Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Human Resources, Business Administration or Organizational Development. (Preferred) Experience3 or more years HR Administrator; progressive HR experience, ideally in high-volume/fast paced work environment. (Required) 1 or more years HR Generalist or Specialist in a call center environment. (Preferred) CertificationsSHRM or PHR. (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. The hourly rate for this position is $22.93 - $38.27.
