Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:


  • Plan and coordinate the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations
  • Communicate target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners
  • Lead and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
  • Establish target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders.
  • Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal across and between delivery teams / agile release trains
  • Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across various team(s) to support value delivery and quarterly planning interval (PI) commitments
  • Responsible for status updates and reporting pertaining to Solution Train delivery/timelines/ impediments to stakeholders and leadership
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk, as required to deliver solutions
  • Track success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Ensure adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Manage program financials and supports resource planning
  • Manage the financials and resource planning as needed for the Delivery team



Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation engagement skills including presenting to LOB senior leaders and financial/legal/compliance/risk partners.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation, and conflict-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate and resolve ambiguity | Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization
  • Able to be nimble and flexible; prioritize workload, proactively react to issues, and consistently react to shifting deadlines
  • Able to work with disparate teams globally
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-specific environment
  • Strong experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint

Pay Range: $54.54 - $62.54
