Job Title: Physical Therapist Location: Oldham Road Wayne, NJ 07470 Duration: 3 Months to long term Shift: 5x8-Hour (09:00 AM - 05:00 PM) Job Description: Surveying patients to identify undetected problems. Reviewing patient information to determine the need for physical therapy services. Administering treatments using heat, cold, light, water, and electricity under a physician's direction. Applying diagnostic and prognostic tests for muscles, nerves, joints, and functional abilities. Directing and aiding patients in exercises, muscle reeducation, and functional training. Treating patients with ultraviolet and infrared lamps, whirlpool and paraffin baths, and hot packs. Instructing patients in the use of assistive devices like wheelchairs, braces, canes, crutches, and prosthetic devices. Providing guidance on posture and home procedures. Administering other physical restorative activities and therapeutic exercises. Utilizing electronic and manual recording and information systems. Required Documents: Physical Therapist License. BLS/CPR Certificate.
