Salesforce Inc. seeks Lead, D&A Product Management - Technical Scoring and Analytics in Seattle, WA:

Job Duties: Understand Product Implementation Details, Technical Limitations, and possible configuration options across various Salesforce products. Ability to architect insight solutions that capture the product configuration information across various Salesforce products. Ensure the right technical trade-offs are made and help drive decisions. Develop AI applications to predict issues with Product configuration and recommend the right next steps to customers. Influence Product instrumentation to ensure usage & configuration insights are available for customers, field teams, and product teams. Improve the Technical Health of Salesforce Products within the customer ecosystem and help drive adoption by working with Product owners, GMs, and Technical Architects. Define and execute product testing and validation strategies. Gather feedback from beta testers and early adopters to iterate and improve the product. Work with field teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption. Define key metrics and track product performance post-launch. *Above address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in the Seattle area: 744 N. 34th St. Seattle, WA 98103, 701 N. 34th St., Seattle, WA 98103, and 929 108th Ave, Bellevue, WA 98004. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in the Seattle area. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Engineering (any field) or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

Special Skill Requirements: Two (2) years of experience using the following: (1) Vision & Strategy; (2) PRD & Specs; (3) User Research; (4) Roadmapping; (5) Scrum; (6) Product Launch; (7) Machine Learning; (8) Data Analytics; (9) Python; (10) SQL; (11) Product Development Knowledge; (12) Solution Architecture and (13) Solution Design. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Salary: $167,300.00 - $253,000.00 per annum.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $167,300 to $253,000.
