Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Industry Experience Demo Presenter to join our team as a Team Lead. This individual will be responsible for leading the team that delivers engaging product demonstrations, showcases industry-specific solutions to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, a talent for storytelling, and the ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible and compelling way.
This position will be located within a highly visible, customer-facing location that provides support to Executive level internal and external customers. Most work will be completed on-site within the facility located in Redmond, WA.

Industry-Focused Presentations:
  • Lead live demonstrations of our products/services to prospective clients, tailored to their specific industry needs.
  • Showcase how our solutions address key challenges within the industry and provide actionable benefits.
  • Use industry knowledge and case studies to connect the audience with real-world applications of our products.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
  • Engage with potential customers during demo sessions to understand their specific needs and tailor the presentation accordingly.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, helping to guide potential clients through their decision-making process.
  • Address customer questions, provide insightful answers, and proactively identify how our solutions align with their business goals.
Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure that demos align with sales strategies and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to stay updated on industry trends, customer pain points, and marketing materials relevant to demo content.
  • Contribute insights from demos to help refine messaging, demo scripts, and product positioning.
Customized Solution Demonstrations:
  • Customize demonstrations based on the audience's business challenges, goals, and key performance indicators.
  • Leverage industry best practices and benchmarks to highlight the solution's capabilities and how it stands out from competitors.
  • Tailor the demos to various buyer personas and roles (e.g., C-suite executives, technical leads, operational managers).
Post-Demo Follow-Up:
  • Assist the sales team in following up with prospects after demos to address additional questions and provide further clarity on product offerings.
  • Gather feedback from prospects to improve future demos and provide recommendations for refining presentations.
Continuous Learning & Industry Awareness:
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and innovations within the industry, continually enhancing demo content to reflect current market needs.
  • Participate in industry conferences, webinars, and other events to strengthen product knowledge and industry awareness.
What you will bring to the team:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience delivering product demonstrations or presentations, ideally in a B2B or technical environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its challenges, trends, and needs.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts in an engaging and understandable manner.
  • Ability to engage with senior-level executives and decision-makers, as well as technical audiences.
  • Confidence and comfort in public speaking, whether in-person or virtually.
  • Ability to customize and adapt presentations on the fly based on audience feedback and needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple demo sessions, events, and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in the [specific industry] (e.g., finance, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Knowledge of relevant tools, platforms, or products within the industry.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (sales, account management, or consulting).
  • Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) and virtual presentation tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Experience working in a consultative sales or solutions-based environment.
Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $100,000 - $110,000.
