Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Constructs, erects, and installs forms for new structures and repairs of existing structures using carpenter's hand tools and power tools.
- Studies blueprints, sketches or plans for information pertaining to type of form work requires, such as lumber or steel forms and dimensions of structure or fixture to be
- Selects specified type of lumber or other
- Prepares layout, using measuring device, framing, squaring and
- Marks cutting and assembly lines on materials, using pencil, chalk and marking
- Shapes materials to prescribed measurements using saws, chisels and
- Assembles cuts and shaped material and fastens them together with nails, dowel pins or bolts and nuts; verifies trueness of forms with plumb bob and carpenter's level.
- Constructs forms and chutes for pouring
- Erects scaffolding and ladders for assembling above from work ground

Minimum Requirements
- Workers should be able to: work within precise standards of accuracy, rate information using standards which can be measured or checked;

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Education, Experience and Required Skills, Including Certificates, Licenses and Registrations
- High school diploma or equivalent
