Billing Clerk 2nd Shift

Billing clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Communicating directly with KC Sales office and Dodge shipping and billing departments

• Organizing and confirming correct paperwork for the billing process

• Processing government documents

• Understanding the billing and customer invoicing process to generate accurate paperwork

• Timely distribution of paperwork to various departments

• Verifying customer data, box counts, weights and trailer information

• Other duties as assigned

Hours for this position are 3 pm to 12 am Monday through Friday, and 9 pm to 6 am every third weekend (Saturday and Sunday) monthly

This is an on-site position.

Qualified candidates for the billing clerk position should possess the following:

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel

• Possess efficient data entry skills

• Good work history, punctuality, and attendance

• Team player with good communication skills among all National Beef departments

• Good telephone etiquette skills

• Possess a professional and positive attitude/conduct

• Able to operate calculator and computer systems

• Demonstrate professionalism, respect, punctuality, and willing to learn skill set
