The Enterprise Identity and Access Management Services team seeks a developer to build and integrate identity technologies, focusing on SailPoint Identity IQ, Okta, and related infrastructure components. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining identity solutions, automating user self-service and run reduction, and collaborating with business and IS teams to build high-quality solutions. The role also involves technical documentation and regulatory compliance.



WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:



  • Estimated Salary: Minimum: $105,000 - $130,000 plus annual bonus opportunity

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Develop and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ, including backend infrastructure, workflows, role onboarding, and rule development.
  • Build and integrate connectivity between SailPoint and directory services, leveraging internal tools.
  • Create and maintain architectural diagrams and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with SailPoint administrators and external teams to integrate remote systems for identity certification and lifecycle management.
  • Utilize Java and relational databases like Oracle or SQL Server to support identity solutions.



WHAT YOU'LL BRING:



  • 5 years' experience in SailPoint development, including backend infrastructure, workflows, and rule creation.
  • Strong understanding of directory services and experience integrating identity solutions with internal tools.
  • Proficiency in Java development and working with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server and experience building and accessing APIs
  • Ability to create architectural diagrams and technical documentation to support of identity management solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with administrators and external teams to integrate remote systems for data certification and lifecycle management.



PREFERRED:



  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) Certification (or other management approved certification).
  • Python, PowerShell and database experience with experience in building APIs
  • Proven leadership, business judgment, negotiation skills and customer relations with ability to operate independently but within team, division, operation and corporate guidelines.
