Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative team player to join our team. This Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing, recruiting, qualifying, and presenting potential candidates for in-house positions available within Zones nationwide.
This is a hybrid role with three days per week onsite at our Auburn WA headquarters.
What you'll do as a Recruiter:

  • Create and drive candidate pipeline and recruiting strategies in partnership with internal clients
  • Manage hiring manager relationships, cultivate relationships and provide weekly updates
  • Manage full-lifecycle recruiting process including job descriptions, sourcing, screening assessments, interviews, offers and onboarding
  • Responsible for metrics and analytics and participate in weekly reporting exercises with the team
  • Sourcing candidates by means of direct recruitment, referral network, Internet job boards, and traditional recruiting methods to identify potential talent
  • Facilitate outstanding hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Stay on top of market trends, tools, and technologies
  • Strive to fill all hires with the right talent, on time and on budget
  • Work with external agencies to coordinate temporary hiring
  • Other tasks as needed
What you bring to the team:
  • 4+ years recruiting experience with experience working in both an agency and corporate environment highly preferred
  • High volume recruiting of exempt and non-exempt roles with a documented history of success.
  • Candidate sourcing through traditional and creative channels
  • Adapt to changing priorities per business needs
  • General knowledge of employment law and interviewing principles
  • Experience employing behavioral interviewing techniques
  • Strong business acumen and ability to quickly learn about different business environments by asking the right questions
  • Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate hiring manager/hiring team's needs
  • Ability to successfully interact with all levels of an organization while building rapport and trust
  • Demonstrated organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in comparable field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $70,000 - $85,000
