This Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing, recruiting, qualifying, and presenting potential candidates for in-house positions available within Zones nationwide. This is a hybrid role with three days per week onsite at our Auburn WA headquarters. What you'll do as a Recruiter: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Create and drive candidate pipeline and recruiting strategies in partnership with internal clients Manage hiring manager relationships, cultivate relationships and provide weekly updates Manage full-lifecycle recruiting process including job descriptions, sourcing, screening assessments, interviews, offers and onboarding Responsible for metrics and analytics and participate in weekly reporting exercises with the team Sourcing candidates by means of direct recruitment, referral network, Internet job boards, and traditional recruiting methods to identify potential talent Facilitate outstanding hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers Stay on top of market trends, tools, and technologies Strive to fill all hires with the right talent, on time and on budget Work with external agencies to coordinate temporary hiring Other tasks as needed What you bring to the team: 4+ years recruiting experience with experience working in both an agency and corporate environment highly preferred High volume recruiting of exempt and non-exempt roles with a documented history of success. Candidate sourcing through traditional and creative channels Adapt to changing priorities per business needs General knowledge of employment law and interviewing principles Experience employing behavioral interviewing techniques Strong business acumen and ability to quickly learn about different business environments by asking the right questions Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate hiring manager/hiring team's needs Ability to successfully interact with all levels of an organization while building rapport and trust Demonstrated organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage time effectively Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in comparable field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
