The Partners Group currently has a unique opportunity for an innovative Salesforce professional to join our Operations team in Portland, OR as a Salesforce Administrator.
How you will make an impact at TPG We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our IT team and take ownership of managing, optimizing, and enhancing our Salesforce platform. This role is crucial in ensuring system stability, improving workflows, and enabling business efficiency. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to configure, maintain, and enhance Salesforce capabilities while troubleshooting issues and implementing scalable solutions. Beyond day-to-day administration, you'll play a key role in strategic system improvements, automation, and user adoption, helping drive operational success across the organization. Key details Location: Portland, OR (preferred), in-office with hybrid remote opportunities Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri Salary Range: $70,000-80,000 annually (depending on experience) Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and ability to handle long periods of screen time. Travel: Minimal overnight travel (3-4 times per year) for office visits, training, or conferences. Employees within 50 miles of a TPG office may be expected to work onsite 2-3 days per week.
